Developed peak heaters, Psva 220-1,6-1,6
Our Customer there was a problem in prototype heaters PSV 315-14-23 in a quantity of 3 pieces. the Main feature of this project — the heaters must be installed in an open area.
Specialists PC Boiler was designed and made all the necessary thermal calculations for this project. The client was offered a solution: 3 peak heater, Psva 220-1,6-1,6.
Besides the fact that these devices are 40% cheaper than standard heaters PSV, they also have smaller dimensions and are deprived of all shortcomings of the model of peak boilers of PSV.
Experience heaters PSV shows that these devices are not adapted for use in a typical boiler. They have made a constructive decision was influenced by the fact that they were created primarily for use in power plants in the shops of great height with overhead cranes. These conditions exist in the boiler, so the excavation of the pipe system from the casing (for cleaning, inspection, jamming or replacement of damaged heat exchanger tubes) connected with great difficulties and often require disassembly of the ceiling of the boiler house, installation of temporary external lifting devices, etc.
Design of the pipe system of these heaters is largely outdated. It is not: the collection and drainage of surface heat transfer resulting steam condensate, an effective system of withdrawal of non-condensable gases (air), unreasonably adopted a multi-way movement of steam through the tube bundle in 2-2,5 times higher than the allowed length of the loose sections of heat exchanger tubes, which reduces the overall vibration reliability of the pipe system, no water drain on it at the withdrawal of the heater from work, etc.
The use of heaters of the type Psva avoids the above problems arising in the operation of the apparatus PSV.
In the lower part of the case introduced an additional flanged connector. This allows almost all of the above-noted operation operation be performed without excavation of the pipe system from the case, limiting the removal of the upper water chamber, a removable part of the hull and the small water chamber.
