Heat exchanger for the setup of crystallization of sodium sulfate
Our Client has been tasked in developing and designing stainless steel heat exchanger for condensing water vapor in the setting of the crystallization of sodium sulfate. The main feature-the steam-water mixture is fed into the heat exchanger under 85% vacuum. The temperature of the mixture is 55 degrees.
The calculations will steam condenser PRO 530х2,0-0,6-II power 1862 kW.

The main advantage of this heat exchanger is:
- ability to use in confined spaces due to small size;
- significantly lower cost in comparison with plate heat exchangers and a model of steam-water heaters;
- the possibility of dismantling and seizure of the pipe system from the housing for inspection, cleaning and repair, which ensures the cleaning of the annulus;
- high thermal efficiency;
- exclusion of the possibility of contact of the tubes with each other and their abrasion due to vibration;
- possibility of cleaning of heat exchangers PRO one person (!);
- small size heat exchangers PRO significantly reduce the installation costs and subsequent maintenance.
