Description heater PP2-17-7-4:

Heater PP2-17-7-4 designed for heating water in heating system, hot water systems and heating saturated steam from the steam lines low pressure steam boilers.

Heat exchangers PP2-17-7-4 manufactured with a floating head. The tube system of heat exchangers made of brass brand L68. Parts and Assembly units of steam-water heaters of PP are made of materials and semi-finished products stipulated by the "Rules of arrangement and safe operation vessels working under pressure" approved by Rostechnadzor.

Heat exchanger PP 2-17-7-4 works at the temperature chart of the heating network water 70/150 C. This heat exchanger is manufactured with flat bottoms.

PK Boiler supplies steam-water heaters of PP in the block with water heat exchanger designed to cool the condensate of the heating steam.

Note:

When used in the heater PP2-17-7-4 stainless steel, heat flow is reduced by about 10% in comparison with pipes of the same diameter made of brass.
